About me
From visual to strategic design, creating experiences that generate real impact on people and business.
My journey in design started from the foundation: Graphic Design and Web Design, working on the creation of brands, interfaces, and digital experiences back when the focus was still "how to communicate better." Over time, I realized my interest went beyond aesthetics. I wanted to understand why people behave the way they behave, how decisions are made, and how design can influence real business results. It was at this point that my transition to Product Design solidified.
In 2016 I had the satisfaction of working on my first end-to-end project. During a period at a design studio, I contributed to the development of Univer, a streaming platform for Universal that, by premise, had to be accessible and intuitive for all types of audiences. It was a major challenge that put me in touch with essential stages of the product design pipeline, such as research, benchmark, and A LOT of usability testing.
From then on, I no longer wanted to leave the UX field, even though my initial focus was UI. In the meantime, I acted as a Product Designer in some international companies, collaborating with remote, multicultural, and data-oriented teams. This phase was fundamental to maturing my strategic vision, autonomy, and ability to navigate between discovery, delivery, and metrics, always balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.
In recent years, I have taken this background to major national companies, working on products in diverse areas of high scale and complexity. I worked directly on simplifying critical journeys, redesigning entire products, and evolving digital ecosystems, always focusing on clarity, trust, and conversion. In these experiences, design was no longer just about execution and became a leader in strategic decisions.
In addition to hands-on work, I developed strong informal leadership, supporting other designers, facilitating dynamics, conducting discovery rituals, and acting as a mentor at different moments in my colleagues' careers. I believe in collaborative environments, continuous feedback, and the collective building of better solutions.
Today, my professional goal is to continue evolving as a Product Designer with a strategic vision, deepening my impact on complex products and, in the medium term, transition to leadership positions, where I can influence not only interfaces, but people, processes, and decisions. I look for challenges that take me out of the obvious, environments that truly value design, and teams that believe good experiences build stronger businesses.
